My family has owned this home since 2006 when it was new. Over the past seventeen years, we've lived through all of life's seasons here. It has just over 2,220 square feet of heated and cooled living space in a split bedroom floorplan. The master suite includes a large bedroom, bath and walk-in closet. Each of the guest bedrooms is comfortably sized and have easy access to a shared bath that includes a tub shower. The separate dining room is great for entertaining and the office/den has worked well as a home office for years. The screened patio offers additional living space and is the perfect vantage point over the back yard. We created a separate living room and kids' play area in the dining area next to the kitchen thereby making the kitchen the true center of the home. The pool, pool deck and much of the landscaping were installed in 2014.
